Setting the Room Thermostats
There are a lot of programme options for the thermostats, although you could spend hours working them out... The best guide I've found is a set of short video clips on www.youtube.com/user/HeatmiserUK/videos - the easy option is to just run through the "Factory Reset" option and leave it at that.
Rubbish Collection
Westminster Council provide a twice daily rubbish collection for Bull Inn Court. The most convenient one is from The Strand - you need to put rubbish bags at the kerbside near the waste bins at 6.30pm. Alternatively there is a collection at around 1.30am. Recycling collection is once a week on Wednesday at 8am - you will need to use a blue bag for this, available from Marius on the concierge desk.
The Ventilation System
This is a generic document about the type of ventilation system. If you want to adjust the volume of air see page 8, more air also means louder fan noise! I believe the "summer bypass" was not installed on any of the units.
